At Underhaven, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. That's why every order is covered by our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, starting from the date of delivery.

Returns & Refunds

If your underwear is unworn and in its original condition, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Approved returns are eligible for a refund of the total amount paid, minus a $3.99 shipping and handling fee.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.

Size Exchanges

We understand that finding the right fit matters.

• Unworn items: Eligible for a free size exchange within 30 days of delivery.

• Worn items: Eligible for a size exchange within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for the associated shipping costs.

Size exchanges are subject to availability and approval.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled at any time before the fulfillment notification is issued.

Approved cancellations made before fulfillment will receive a full refund, including any shipping and handling charges.

Once an order has entered fulfillment and the notification has been issued, cancellation is no longer guaranteed.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return, refund, or size exchange, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your request.
