30-Day Free Size Exchange
Finding the perfect fit matters. If your faja doesn't fit as expected, you may request a free size exchange within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a size exchange:

Your request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

The product must be clean, unworn (except for trying it on), unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and original packaging.

Each order is eligible for one complimentary size exchange.
Our support team will guide you through the exchange process and provide return instructions.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions. After we receive and inspect the item, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method or, if you prefer, a replacement at no additional cost.
Returns for Refund
Due to the intimate nature of shapewear, we do not accept returns for refunds because of incorrect sizing or change of mind.
If you ordered the wrong size, don't worry—we offer a free size exchange within 30 days as outlined above.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Non-Eligible Returns
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that:

Have been worn beyond trying them on

Have been washed or altered

Are missing original tags or packaging

Show signs of misuse or damage caused after delivery
